So here we are 8 hours south of Paris and the daytime temperature outside during the day is minus 5. Makes you wonder why you made the move!! Mind you it looks beautiful through the window, bright blue clear skies.

The only answer to the cold Febuary blues is to take to baking, takes your mind off the cold and the oven helps to heat up the house! So we now have lemon curd cup cakes and chocolate muffins for tea and beef in beer casserole for dinner; feel warmer already.
